Day 1: Depart UK to Amman. Upon arrival at Queen Alia Airport you will be transferred to your hotel for 2 nights.
Day 2: A morning city tour of Amman to include a visit to the citadel & the archaeological museum then continue to visit Jerash the most well preserved Roman City. In the afternoon visit Ajloun castle before returning your hotel in Amman.
Day 3: After breakfast leave Amman for a morning excursion to Bethany the holy site where Jesus Christ was baptized by John the Baptist. Afterwards continue to the lowest point on earth the Dead Sea for a stay of 3 nights.
Days 4-5: Time to take full advantage of the many spa treatments on offer or simply relax in the therapeutic waters of the Dead Sea.
Day 6: After breakfast we continue our journey with a visit to the endless churches of Madaba known as the city of mosaics and most famously for the mosaic map adorning the floor of the Greek Orthodox Church of St. George depicting the ancient Holyland. Onwards and upwards to Mount Nebo, the mountain top memorial of Moses with outstanding views of the Jordan Valley. Afterwards we visit the ancient castle in Kerak before arriving in Petra for stay of 2 nights
Day 7: Full day to explore Petra the Rose Red City. The day will include visits to the main sites Siq a long winding canyon that leads to the dramatic Treasury, Petra's most famous monument. Overnight at hotel.
Day 8: Depart after breakfast to Wadi Rum, one of the most enchanting deserts in the world and the location for the 1962 film "Lawrence of Arabia". Spend 2 hours experiencing the moon like landscape by 4x4 vehicles driven by local Bedouins before heading onto to Aqaba for a stay of 7 nights.
Days 9-14: The popular resort of Aqaba rests at the southern-most tip of Jordan between the desert and the crystal clear waters of the Red Sea and offers shops, bars and restaurants for all to enjoy. There is plenty of opportunity to explore with a range of excursions available including boat trips and snorkelling or simply relax by the pool.
Day 15: Breakfast and transfer to Aqaba airport for the return flight via Amman to the UK.
